When the pandemic started the world switched gear. My long wanted wish came true - people were open to use technology that was already there to connect and co-create together. There was no need to convince anybody that it is working, it was necessary. To bring power of visual collaboration to my network I started organising public sessions that tackled complex challenges. Inspired by Robert Skrobe from Dallas Design Sprints I used Virtual Decision Jam format. Decision Jam is a structured workshop designed by Aj&Smart. It helps groups of people align on the challenge, brainstorm solutions, choose good ones, and decide on next steps how to bring them to life.
